The NOVAEOS AC-LA1 is a premium 120-volt electric pond aerator for ponds up to 1 acre, engineered for quiet 24/7 aeration, easy service access, rugged outdoor installation, and control options that ordinary AC aerators do not offer.

When reliable grid power is available near the pond, AC-powered aeration is the most economical way to provide continuous oxygen transfer day and night. The AC-LA1 uses a USA-made rocking piston compressor, a thoughtfully engineered enclosure, and one DB-36 stainless steel diffuser to move oxygen into the lower water column where it helps reduce stagnation, support fish health, improve circulation, reduce odor, and improve overall pond water quality.

The AC-Series was designed from the ground up as a better class of electric pond and lake aerator. Instead of placing a compressor in a generic box, US Solar Mounts built the system around airflow, serviceability, sound control, mounting flexibility, and optional intelligent controls. The result is a clean, professional, American-made aeration system that is easy to install, easy to service, and built for long-term outdoor operation.

A Purpose-Built Aerator Enclosure

The AC-Series enclosure is one of the major differences between this system and typical electric aerators. It is laser cut, formed, welded, powder coated, and designed specifically for aeration equipment. The cabinet layout provides excellent ventilation, a screened and protected exhaust outlet, lockable access, clean fit and finish, and convenient access to the compressor, filters, pressure gauge, manifold, and controls.

The enclosure is designed to be quiet, serviceable, and flexible. Pole, post, and wall mounting are standard, and an optional ground-mount base kit is available for installations where a freestanding equipment cabinet is preferred.

Exclusive Control Options

The AC-LA1 can be factory-equipped with a digital time clock and/or USSM automatic Slow Start control. Slow Start gradually ramps up aeration output over a controlled startup period to reduce the risk of rapidly mixing low-oxygen bottom water into the upper water column. This is especially important for new installations, seasonal restarts, or ponds with severe stratification.

Optional high-temperature limit controls are also available to help protect the system from overheating. These control options make the AC-Series different from conventional plug-in pond aerators and give owners a level of startup control, scheduling, and equipment protection that is not commonly available in this product class.

Built for Service Access

Routine maintenance should not require fighting the cabinet. The AC-Series design includes easy-access washable enclosure filters, a compressor intake filter/silencer with replaceable filter cartridge, a built-in liquid-filled pressure gauge, and clean access to the compressor, cooling system, controls, and air outlet. The AC-LA1 has one external outlet port for a single diffuser run.

Aerators must be supplied by a 120-volt, 15- or 20-amp GFCI-protected circuit. The installer is responsible for ensuring proper voltage at the compressor while the unit is running under load.
