DB-36 High-Efficiency Diffuser

I was immediately impressed with the build quality, all pieces fit together great and just really nice fit and finish all around. The "self sinking" feature is great. I was concerned about it sinking into the mud at the bottom so I placed it on a concrete block. Been on duty for a few weeks now, if it stops being awesome, I'll update the review.

This is probably overkill for my goldfish pond but when I got it, I was impressed at how well made it was! It was well packaged and easy to assemble and I liked it included both 3/8" and 1/2" barbed adapters. The reversible OD 1" or 3/4" strain-relief hose bracket is a nice touch! I really liked that there was a 3/8" connection hole in the middle so you can tie a rope to it. It works great and I do wish the company might consider making a smaller one.

You folks are absolutely the best on-line business I've ever dealt with! Within 3 hours of ordering, I received notification that UPS had received the product I ordered and had it in transit already. Having previously purchased one of your diffusers from a local supplier, I can also affirm that the quality of your products far surpasses those from all other diffuser manufacturers. Well built, easy to assemble and seems to work fine.

Every diffuser I have purchased in the past has been made of plastic and breaks within a year. This one is top quality. It sinks right side up and it has a protector so the water line attachment does not get stressed and crack off. It also produces way more bubbles in my pond that other bands.

Solid unit. Nice 14 gauge stainless steel base. Easy to assemble. Lifetime warranty. Owner even called me to thank me for my business.

After a strong cold front hit during summer-like temperatures a couple of weeks ago, we experienced a rapid turnover that caused a major fish kill in our 1/8 acre pond. The aeration system needed a revamp, so we decided to try something different. I went with this diffuser, vs. the round rubber membrane type we used to have, as I was never completely satisfied with how it moved the water on the surface. Not only does this unit make a lot of bubbles, it moves the top of the water much more vigorously than the previous unit did. We have a couple of small coves that didn't see much movement before, now we are seeing waves make it all the way to their shores. The stainless steel base is very sturdy, and much less cumbersome to maneuver than a plastic box full of gravel. The design of the diffuser ring makes a thick column of small bubbles, along with good surface agitation. I am very pleased with this purchase.

At first I wondered why they were so expensive. But being made out of stainless steel there won't be a reaction with the water and if you prize your fish like I do I don't want to harm them in any way. Do yourself a favor and keep any aluminum or iron or any other metals except stainless steel out of your ponds .
