The NOVAEOS AC-LA2 is a premium 120-volt electric pond and lake aerator for ponds up to 2 acres, built for quiet 24/7 aeration, easy service access, flexible mounting, and advanced control options not commonly available from other AC aerator brands.

For ponds where utility power is available, AC-powered aeration provides dependable oxygen transfer day and night at a low operating cost. The AC-LA2 uses a USA-made rocking piston compressor, a purpose-built ventilated enclosure, and two DB-36 stainless steel diffusers to move oxygen into the lower water column where it helps reduce stagnation, support fish health, improve circulation, reduce odor, and improve overall water quality.

The AC-Series was engineered from the ground up around the details that matter in the field: airflow, temperature control, sound control, filter access, compressor access, mounting flexibility, air balancing, and startup control. It is not a generic compressor box. It is a complete electric pond aeration system built for long-term outdoor service and a professional installation appearance.

A Purpose-Built Aerator Enclosure

The AC-Series enclosure is one of the strongest advantages of this system. It is laser cut, formed, welded, powder coated, and designed specifically for aeration equipment. The cabinet provides excellent ventilation, screened and protected exhaust, lockable access, quiet operation, clean fit and finish, and easy access to the compressor, filters, pressure gauge, manifold, and controls.

Standard mounting allows the AC-LA2 to be pole, post, or wall mounted. An optional ground-mount base kit is available for installations where a freestanding cabinet on a mounting pad is preferred. That flexibility makes the AC-Series suitable for residential ponds, farms, parks, HOAs, golf courses, commercial sites, and other pond or lake aeration installations.

Factory-Installed Controls Other Brands Do Not Offer

The AC-LA2 can be factory-equipped with a digital time clock and/or USSM automatic Slow Start control. Slow Start gradually ramps up aeration during startup to reduce the risk of rapidly mixing low-oxygen bottom water into the upper water column. This is especially important for new installations, seasonal restarts, or ponds with severe stratification.

Optional high-temperature limit controls are also available to help protect the system from overheating. These options give the AC-Series a level of startup control, scheduling, and equipment protection that is uncommon in standard AC pond aerators.

Designed for Serviceability

Routine maintenance is simple and accessible. The AC-Series includes dual easy-access washable enclosure filters, a compressor intake filter/silencer with replaceable filter cartridge, a built-in liquid-filled manifold pressure gauge, screened exhaust protection, and individual air balancing valves. The AC-LA2 includes two external air outlets and two full-flow balancing valves for two diffuser runs.

Aerators must be supplied by a 120-volt, 15- or 20-amp GFCI-protected circuit. The installer is responsible for ensuring proper voltage at the compressor while the unit is running under load.
