SD2 Solar Direct Aerator Single Panel

We bought this aerator for our 2-acre pond five years ago, and it has improved the water quality far beyond what we imagined. The water used to be very dirty, but now we can see almost 8 feet down. The motor is quiet and has worked flawlessly for the past five years. I cannot recommend this system enough. Great job on a fantastic product!

They took a lot of care in packaging the product for shipment. I installed the complete system myself in one day and I see improvements in my pond already.

Excellent product. Just what I was looking for. Installation was a little confusing. I had to go to website and find instructions for each part of the set up. What I would suggest is have a complete set of instructions, all together, for each set up sold. Then I could open instructions as I got to it. Pole set up, mounting hardware for solar panel, install solar panel, box mounting, air diffuser, hose assembly, and placements of diffusers in the pond. Customer service none better. Questions before the sale, answered! Shipping location, understood my situation of new 911 addeess and headed off any delivery problems. This is the place for honest, accurate solar products. Thanks

I have a 7 acre pond in East Texas and while I have never suffered any fish kills, I have always wanted to aerate the pond to provide a better habitat for my fish and pond wildlife. I had been researching aerators for the last couple of years but had been hesitant due to the cost and challenges of installation. I finally took the plunge with US Solar Mounts because they are veteran owned and proudly sell American made equipment. My experience has been nothing short of amazingly positive. First of all, after placing my order, I received a phone call from the owner of the company (Eric) who personally took the time and effort to call me and let me know that their shipping was delayed due to the pandemic related supply shortages. Even with the delay, my shipment arrived within 2 weeks and came very securely packaged without any damage or missing parts. This is very important to me personally, since I have to arrange for time off work to go an pick up the shipment from the trucking warehouse with a trailer. I then trailered the shipment to my farm and installed the system with my son about a week ago. Neither of us have any experience with solar installations and neither of us can be honestly described as particularly handy, but the installation was a breeze because the accompanying instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The equipment is obviously very high quality and well made. The fittings and hardware are also of very high quality and it is obvious that the company takes pride in their products. For anyone considering a pond aerator, this is a great company that sells equipment at a fair price and is committed to customer service. I recommend this product and company without any reservations.

Very well made. Very easy to install. Works excellent. With 1 solar panel I was impressed. My pond needed attention so I added another one for the extended run time. I was skeptical at first but definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a great experience!

My wife and I own some property in South Tx with several ponds. After multiple fish-kill experiences, we decided to install aeration. There is no power anywhere near our ponds, so we needed to look at a solar option. We looked around the web extensively and chose to purchase a unit from Outdoor Water Solutions. Our decision was based mostly on price as we did not know too much about solar. That turned out be a Texas-size mistake. We had multiple compressor failures and had to replace the control box twice. Even installing the thing was a pain. The solar mounting part did not fit very good at all and we had to drill out holes to get the bolts to go in. The thing was also very loud. It finally died again and we decided not to mess with it any more. We didnt think that we would even try solar again. A friend of ours suggested that we take a look at this model from US Solar. It was more expensive, but it turned out to be a great choice. Here is what we have learned after 1 year+ 1. It was super easy to put together. Everything fit together perfect. We did have to find a pole locally. Install took about 4 hours. 2. We got the extra solar panel for cloudy days. It does run very well and, like they say, it does run when its cloudy and raining. 3. It is very, very nicely built. Everything fits well and is finished all around. 4. It is half the size of the Outdoor Water Solutions one that we tried first and is much, much, much quieter and smoother-running. 5. The diffusers are very nice and well built. No cheap parts at all. 6. We had a terrible wind storm last year that destroyed several things on our property, but the solar mount stood proud with no problems. In 2 years+, we have not had a single problem with this solar aerator. All we do is check the filter every few months. The bottom line: If you are going to use a solar aerator, dont get a cheap one. You will pay over and over for it. Back when we ordered it, the company (US Solar) shipped in less than 24 hours. We recommend this unit and this company highly!!
